    The Orselina-Bellinzona Zone is continuous between the Valle d’Ossola and Bellinzona. It is located between the Antigorio Nappe and the Centovalli Fault west of Locarno and between the Mergoscia Zone and the Tonale Fault further east. It is lithologically similar to the Isorno Zone and also underwent an Oligocene amphibolite facies metamorphism.
