- Hauptgestein ist ein dunkelgrüner Serpentinit, bald massig, bald geschiefert, das im wesentlichen aus Serpentinmineralen (Chrysotil, Lizardit), Relikten von Olivin und Pyroxen und etwas Erz (Magnetit, Picotit) besteht. (Streckeisen 1986)
