Verworren gefältelter, oft reichlich Granat führender Sericit-Plagioklas-Schiefergneis mit Quarzschnüren und verschmiertem Muskowit bis Sericit auf den Schieferflächen. Nach einem Gipfel des italienisch-schweizerischen Grenzkammes benannt. (Blatt 516 Jorio, Koordinaten 728.00/109.66). Typisches Leitgestein in der Val Colla-Zone.
