Definition
Berger Alfons, Mercolli Ivan, Herwegh Marco, Gnos Edwin (2017) : Geological Map of the Aar Massif, Tavetsch and Gotthard Nappes. Geological Special Map 1:100'000, Explanatory Notes 129

p.61: PFIFFNER (1977, 2011) described outcrops of black schist west of Alp Dadens and in Val Pigniu, which are interpreted as Carboniferous sedimentary rocks (hGl). Their spatial distribution is difficult to reconstruct due to the paucity of outcrops. The Permian sedimentary and volcanic rocks (pGl), similar to those of the Ilanz Zone (see p.19), represent the southwestern continuation of the Glarus Verrucano Group described in detail by LETSCH et al.(2015).
