Geography

Geographical extent
La masse principale s'étend du Petit Mont Collon au SW jusqu'au sud du Mont Miné au NE, en passant par les Dents de Bertol. D'autres occurences se trouvent à la base du Matterhorn, à l'Untergabelhorn et au Schalihorn (Weißhorn) (Gerlach 1869; Stutz & Masson 1938; Dal Piaz et al. 1977; Steck et al. 1999).
