S.153: Die älteste Ablagerung [des Möhlinerfeldes] ist der Till, welcher an der Basis der Kiesgrube Bünten angetroffen wurde (Bunten-Till). Darüber folgt ein erster glazifluviatiler Schotter, der ins Dach einen Paläoboden aufweist (Bünten-Schotter).

This unit consists of glacial deposits, a lodgement till with alpine material (‘Bünten Till’), representing the advance of an alpine glacier towards this area (Möhlin advance). The till is covered by glaciofluvial gravel (‘Bünten-Schotter’), showing an alpine spectrum, but the pebbles and boulders at its base consist of material originating from the Black Forest.
