Oberer, feinkörniger Sandsteinabschnitt der Matt-Formation: tonig-siltige "Dachschiefer" nehmen überhand und dominieren gegenüber den Sandsteinen mächtigkeitsmässig. In Sandsteinbänken oft Strömungsmarken.
